You will be in the hands of an expert guide who will show you the fishtanks and explain all the processes involved in producing this ‘black gold’.This will be followed by lunch in a renowned local restaurant and then a visitto a local winery. Here, you will be shown the cellars and have a combinedtasting of local wines and caviar (max 200 grams).
