No wealthy Roman’s house wouldhave been complete without a set of beautiful mosaic floors and as Christianityswept through the Empire, so churches too began to be elaborately decoratedwith mosaics. In this workshop, you will be taught techniques honed through thecenturies, you will get to cut and glaze the tiny pieces, as well as mixing thecolours and creating your own little masterpiece! This tour is great for adultsand children and consists of a private lesson in an official studio near theheart of the Vatican City.
