Named appropriatelyafter Leonardo da Vinci for his amazing scientific inventions, this museum isgreat for young and old alike and is the largest of its kind in Italy and wasfounded in 1953. Even better, this being Italy, it is housed in a 16thcentury former monastery, so history lovers are catered for too. The museum isdivided into different sections, materials, transport, energy, communicationetc. (don’t forget, Marconi was Italian) and there are loads of interactiveexhibits.
