When the Pope is in Rome,there is a ‘Papal Audience’ every Wednesday morning which gives every pilgrimand visitor in Rome, the chance to actually see the Pope and receive the PapalBlessing. The Audience consists of a small selection of readings and teachings,mainly in Italian but also in English, French, German, Spanish, Polish andPortuguese, at the end of which, the Pope will bless the crowd and extend theblessing to loved ones who are sick or suffering and bless rosaries or otherreligious articles which people have brought along. *The Audience starts at10.30. We suggest pick-up from the hotel no later than 7.30.
